Purpose and Values Driven

FIIT Learning was born from a belief that education should reflect the individuality of every learner. Dionne created it to move beyond the limits of traditional schooling and to help students, schools, and educators grow in ways that feel real and relevant.

At FIIT Learning, we focus on more than grades. We nurture curiosity, confidence, and the life skills that young people need to thrive in a world that’s constantly changing. Every student’s journey is personal—and that’s exactly how learning should be.

Our Values

Love

Love is the foundation of everything we do. It means creating spaces where every learner feels seen, valued, and supported.

We approach teaching and relationships with compassion, patience, and genuine care. Love reminds us that growth happens best in an environment of trust and belonging.

Peace

Peace is about calm, balance, and emotional safety. We cultivate spaces where learners can manage their emotions, and make thoughtful choices.

Peace guides us to resolve conflict with understanding, to listen before reacting, and to bring stability into the lives of students who may not always find it elsewhere.

Joy

Joy is the energy that fuels curiosity and creativity. It’s about making learning an experience that excites and inspires.

We celebrate effort, progress, and individuality. Joy reminds us that education isn’t just about outcomes, it’s about the moments of discovery, laughter, and pride that make the journey worthwhile.

Meet the Team

Dionne Jude

Founder and Trainer

Dionne brings a wealth of expertise and a genuine passion for educational excellence to the FIIT Learning team. With over 27 years of experience in education, she has held numerous leadership roles, including being a headteacher and a Trust lead. Her commitment to school improvement and student success is reflected in every step of her journey.

Driven by her experience as a headteacher, Dionne developed the FIIT Learning approach out of a deep frustration with the traditional curriculum and the often slow pace of learning that left many students unengaged and under-challenged.  She recognised the urgent need for a more dynamic, personalised, and future-focused educational model that could keep up with the diverse needs of today’s learners.

With FIIT Learning, she reimagined education to be adaptable, hands-on, and transformative, ensuring that students not only progress academically but also develop the life skills necessary for real-world success. Her vision has shaped FIIT Learning into an approach that empowers both educators and students, creating an environment where meaningful, accelerated progress is the standard.
