Introducing Sarri Grey

It is with great pride and excitement that I welcome you to FIIT Learning. As Head of Centre, I feel humbled and energised to lead a place that goes far beyond lessons and timetables. For me, this work is about transformation, belonging, and giving every young person hope the moment they step inside.

Every learner who walks through our doors arrives with a story. Your child’s strengths, barriers, interests, and experiences matter. I take this personally. I see it as my responsibility to shape a learning journey that honours who they are and helps them grow in ways that feel right for them.

You will find that nothing here is “one size fits all.” Your child will join a small and nurturing community where their voice is heard, where they learn at a pace that respects their needs, and where they are guided by people who see their potential before their problems. They will gain skills that help them move through life with more confidence and clarity.

I bring many years of experience supporting children, young people, and families who needed extra care, guidance, or stability. I understand the pressure parents feel when their child is struggling, and I understand how quickly things can change when the right environment is in place. That insight shapes every decision I make here at FIIT Learning.

My vision is simple. I want FIIT Learning to be a place where young people feel safe, supported, and inspired to grow. A place where they are seen for who they are and encouraged to become who they can be. A place where they can reset, rebuild, and rise.
